This Saturday, November 9, we invite you to a solidarity paella in support of the victims of the recent floods in Valencia. It will be a special occasion to enjoy good food and show our solidarity.

Let us know if you are coming so we can do the math and have enough food ready.

Contribution: $30 per person (and larger donations are also accepted if you can; all money raised will go directly to this cause).

Hours: Doors will open at 12 p.m. and the paella will be ready around 1 p.m.

The menu will include tortilla tapas, olives, dessert, bread, aioli and paella. We invite you to share cooking tips with our partner and chef, Jorge Navarro.

Note: We ask you not to bring drinks, since the bar will be open for consumption. We encourage you to purchase drinks at the bar to help cover the costs of the UEC, which has already donated $5,000 to the Valencia victims.
